Origin & History
Hira Public School had its humble beginning in a borrowed portion of Samad Hospital, Hanswar with few teachers and 115 students. Progressing gradually but steadily, it became a 'High School' in 1998 duly affiliated to Central Board of Secondry Education(CBSE) in July 1999 and in 2006, it developed upto Intermediate in science stream.
A humming campus of learning, it now has about 2000 Girls & Boys on roll drawn from about 86 surrounding villages and provides education from Nursery to Class 12th in science stream.
There are 39 cemented room and an auditorium to meet all the requirements of 6th to 12th Class. However the primary section is still running in Khaprail rooms.
